As a member of SMSrox, you agree to abide by the Terms & Conditions of SMSrox Membership (the “Terms & Conditions”).

We may change or update the Terms & Conditions at any time without notice. You will be able to notice that the change or update has been made by checking the “last updated” date at the top. By using this SMSrox website, you agree to be bound by such update, and should therefore come back periodically and review our current Terms & Conditions.

SMSrox Services

1. Personal Information
1.1 You agree to register as member of SMSrox by providing your personal information prompted by the SMSrox online registration form. Your personal information includes your first and last name, email address and password. If you wish to register as SMSrox Gold Member, you are required to supply us your mobile phone number, so that you can access the services available to SMSrox Gold Members.
1.2 You agree that the personal information you provide during the registration process is true, accurate, current, and complete.
1.3 You agree to maintain and promptly update your personal information to keep it true, accurate, current, and complete.
1.4 If you provide any information about yourself that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, or SMSrox has reasonable grounds to suspect that any of your personal information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, SMSrox has the right to suspend or terminate your membership.
1.5 SMSrox respects your privacy and takes the security of your personal information very seriously. We do not and will not rent, sell or pass on your personal information to anyone. We only use your personal information to deliver the services that we promise on the SMSrox website. The SMSrox Privacy Policy is available at www.smsrox.com/privacy_policy.php. You acknowledge that you have read and understood SMSrox Privacy Policy.

2. SMSrox Services
2.1 There is no need to be a member of SMSrox to take advantage of special deal 'On-Demand' of any of the participating businesses. However, as a member of SMSrox, we can notify you about new businesses, fantastic deals, and any other information that are beneficial to you.
2.2 SMSrox Gold Member deals such as Super Deals, Christmas Deals, Valentine's Deals, etc. are only available for gold members.

Confirming Your Registration

Once you have submitted your registration, you will receive an email from SMSrox which contains specific instruction on how to activate your account. If you do not receive our email after 24 hours, you need to Contact Us.

You must activate your account by clicking on the link contained in the email.

Your Account, Password and Security

As a member of SMSrox, you are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password of your membership account, and are fully responsible for all activities that occur within your account.

If you are aware of any breach of security in relation to or unauthorised use of your account or password, you agree to immediately notify SMSrox.

To minimise the possibility of unauthorised use or breach of security of your account or password, you agree to logout at the end of your session on the SMSrox website.

Tampering with Special Deals is a fraud

Only the original special deals sent by or on behalf of the businesses are valid.

Some businesses may agree for you to forward their Special Deals to friends or relatives, however the special deals must not be tampered with.

Businesses have the right NOT to honour special deals that have been tampered with or false special deals.

Tampering with or creating a false deal is a fraud and is punishable by laws.

As a member of SMSrox, by accessing, browsing and/or using the SMSrox website, you are bound by SMSrox Terms of Use.
